Welcome to YouKanban! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YouKanban web application (“the Service”), a collaborative tool for organizing tasks and workflows. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Bond Consulting LLC.

2. Description of Service
YouKanban offers a simple, visual task management system using Kanban boards. Key features include creating and customizing boards, adding and managing tasks, assigning tasks to collaborators, setting deadlines, and optional AI-powered features for smart suggestions.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
YouKanban offers premium paid features under recurring monthly subscriptions.
- Recurring Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion based on individual circumstances, but generally, payments are non-refundable.
- Payment Processor: We use Stripe as our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policies.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of all the content, tasks, and data you create within YouKanban. However, by using the Service, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your content strictly to provide and maintain the Service.
5. AI Features Disclaimer
YouKanban includes experimental AI-powered features.
- AI suggestions and insights may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your context.
- Users must independently verify any AI-generated recommendations.
- AI output provided by YouKanban does not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep YouKanban running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be subject to maintenance, updates, or outages beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in YouKanban—including its software, branding, logos, and design elements—belong exclusively to Bond Consulting LLC.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bond Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
